HSI Explorers are required to participate in physical training (PT), during regular scheduled meetings. They must also take part in a PT test to keep progress of personal records and help each explore self-improve while building up confidence at the same time. We believe that tracking our progress as a unit helps our explores stay motivated and ready for any physical exercise or future test they may encounter in the future!
