HSI Explorer Post 601 is a partner of the New York Learning for Life Law Enforcement Exploring program. The Law Enforcement Exploring is a hands-on program open to young men and women between 14 and 21 years old interested in law enforcement or a related field in the criminal justice system. The program offers young adults a personal awareness of the criminal justice system through training, practical experiences, competition, and other activities. Additionally, the program promotes personal growth through character development, respect for the rule of law, physical fitness, good citizenship, and patriotism. Our team of volunteers trains and guides young adults, also known as Explorers, to reach their career goals.

Donations will cover the costs of uniforms, stationery supplies, and events associated with the training classes the Explorers are taking and improve the quality of our training efforts.
