The event highlighted the hard work and service of Explorers who have shown exceptional leadership and commitment to their community.
Explorer Group Supervisor (E/GS) Cohen was awarded Explorer of the Year, recognizing his consistent leadership, team-building efforts, and a strong sense of responsibility within the Post. Explorer (EP) Husain was awarded a scholarship for his outstanding academic achievement and dedication to balancing schoolwork with his responsibilities as an Explorer. Also honored was Acting Group Supervisor (A/GS) and Post Advisor in Charge (PAC) Velazquez, who received an Advisor Award for her unwavering leadership since 2016. Her mentorship and devotion have helped shape the Post into a model of excellence and professionalism.
The evening was further distinguished by the attendance of former Special Agent in Charge (SAC) Angel Melendez, who joined Explorers in celebration.
