NEW YORK — Congratulations to HSI Explorer Post 601 Competition Detail, who placed 1st in White Collar and 2nd in Officer Down at the 2025 Law Enforcement Exploring Spring Competition!

On May 3rd, 2025, members of the HSI Explorer Post 601 competition detail proudly represented our Post at the 2025 Law Enforcement Exploring Spring Competition at John Adams High School. Competing against agencies such as the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the New York City Police Department (NYPD), the Metropolitan Transportation Authority Police Department (MTAPD), and the Nassau County Police Department (NCPD), our team demonstrated exceptional skill and professionalism.
Our detail placed 1st in White Collar with a near-perfect score and 2nd in Officer Down scenarios, a testament to their dedication and training. This achievement would not have been possible without the invaluable guidance of HSI special agents, task force officers, and assistant advisors who devoted their time and expertise to preparing our team. As we continue training for upcoming competitions, our Explorers remain committed to excellence and proudly represent the HSI New York family.
